I wrote the review below long ago and my recent win at captain cooks shows I was right on the money when I said to play at captain cooks and casino kingdom. I turned a 20.00 deposit into a cash out of more than 25,000 (actual cashout was over 27,000) SWEET! They were so great about it too...paid me fast and friendly.... read what I wrote below and then see for yourself...if I could do it so could all of you! Some recent experiences with online casinos (I don't believe it is appropriate for me to name them here ) have left me more than a little disappointed. In fact, as a regular player of online gaming sites over the past two years, I have experienced far more negative experiences with online casinos than positive ones. Of course it is the responsibility of the individual player to understand the rules regarding bonuses and cash out requirements before playing at each casino, but there are other important factors that must be considered as well. I think the most important aspects of a casino are trust and service. I only want to deposit and gamble my money at a casino that I know is honest. I also believe that customer service is what separates a good online casino from a great online casino. Yes, I have high standards and I want to be treated well, don't you? Although the bad experiences I had recently were unfortunate, I could not help but think about my two favorite casinos, Captain Cooks and Casino Kingdom and how different things would have been handled if I had been playing there instead. Both of theses micro-gaming casinos (sister sites) have always treated me fairly, friendly and professionally. If you have played at either of these casinos then you already know what I am saying is true. If you have not played at both, you should! Oh, bye the way, let me also assure you that I do not work for any casino or am not affiliated with any casino in any way shape or form. I am writing this for two reasons. First, because I think it is important to share our experiences, both good and bad, with other online players. I know that I often read posts such as this to determine which casinos I will try before making a deposit there. The second reason I am posting this is to let the management of Captain cooks and Casino kingdom know how superior their support staff is to the rest of the casinos on the Internet. The support staff personally responds to emails within minutes instead of hours or days as so many other casinos do. The service is extremely personal and friendly. It is obvious that they have a handful of qualified support personal that actually know what they are doing. Another aspect of Captain Cooks and Casino Kingdom that keeps me coming back is that both casinos have incredibly generous loyalty reward program that lets the player redeem points over 1000 anytime he/she desires (instead of many casinos that redeem points once a week). They also now have bonus accounts that can be played and converted to the regular account after reaching 50.00. Obviously these two casinos are concerned with the players being rewarded for depositing...something lacking at other casinos to say the least. In fact, Captain Cooks flash casino has a 25.00 monthly bonus for making a 50.00 deposit there. Although I have been a long time member at many of the gambling forums, this is the first time I have ever posted a positive recommendation for an online casino. I could go on and on about how great these casino are but do yourself a favor and check them out for yourself. Thanks for taking the time to read it and good luck to all of you.
